What’s the big white building? Flag, guard house, looks something military or last government related…

It is one of the palaces owned by the Danish Royal family. This one in Gråsten is where the Queen and french husband spend one or two weeks every summer. You can read a bit more about the Gråsten palace here.
But you are right, it does look more like a military building than anything else
